Royal Canal Catering Ltd, trading as Baked & Bottled ("we"), runs this website. This notice explains what we collect and why.

Cake orders

When you order a cake we collect your name, email, phone number and the details of your order so we can make it and arrange collection. Our online shop is provided by Ecwid (Lightspeed) and card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Maps

The Information page shows a Google Map. Google may set cookies when the map loads.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing royalcanalcatering@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
